today,my leg has recovered by 85%
so,i decided turn up for my karate lesson
its been 1 month since i went there to train as my leg was injured...
im still very sad abt something...n very angry abt something...
i had sparing after my warm ups

1 punch,1 kick on the face n 2 punch on his stomach
n i repeated ...again n again
after 1 min
sensei(teacher in japanese)tell us to stop
btw,there are many ppl spring as well
then....end lesson liao(i cut short in some parts)
