hallo
i came back frm genting!!!!(even though its 1 week liao)
i came back at 22/12/07>.<
today's date is 28=P
sian liao i dun wana say wad i did in genting=)
last wednesday,i went out with kaline,gerr,qii,sher,xuan,mal,jun,dill
we went to ps to watch national treasure
the movie is so long luhs...
2hr 30 mins i think
n its very cold.....brrr~~~
when the movie started,gerr they all throw popcorns at boys
cus gulr seat behinde bois seat infront
they throw ah...then i grab some popcorn from dill
dill:'' the movie hevent start already half liao le!!''
i throw throw throw....they throw throw throw...
okok movie ended=)
lazy to type wad the movie was like
after that went to pasir ris park to cycle=)
jun n malcolm say they will learn on their own
so ...up to them luhs
end up jun noe abit but mal still dunnoe...
MALCOLM!!!dun give up so easily!!!
after than...we discussed wad to do ltr on...discussed for 30 mins
n we went to return the bicycle n went to the roller blade kiosk
suddenly gerr say she dun wana blade..
then they discussed for awhile...which is 30 mins>.<
then rent the rolelr blade
suddenly gerr oso wana blade
lol...socks are compulsory!!!
no ankle socks...

then they sell 1 pair of socks at $2
total is 8 dollars ...

almost fall sometimes
after that went to cp n have dinenr
then go hm no keys n no1 at home

gona post frm today
today...woke up at 9am
on the comp n play maple...
did some pq n then go out with john to pasir ris park(ytd oso gt go...)
we meet at cp at er ....11.30am
took the bus 89....
then reach pasir ris le...change bus to 403...
we waited so long...
guess wad?
the bus came 15 mins later
we go up the bus...the drive rsay this bus going to terminal...nida cross the road to the opposite bus stop then can go to pasir ris park...
wha...1st time i forget ah...
then we waited for 20 mins
bus hevent come
so we took a taxi there
$3.50....haiz...
reach there...rent a bicycle then ride lor
ride to the left....then dead end...then ride to the right...until half way we go to the beach there...
like a slope like that
we seat there awhile...
then we chao back to cycling
cycle back to the playground...
wah...so fun luhs
gt swing n all
we climb the rope thingy
climb up le then gt 1 slide to slide down...
then gt 1 cable way or something...
is u seat on it then ppl push u/u move urself
quite fun ...
on the way to the basket ball court..
john cycle half way the paddle drop out

torture .....

ha-o all
i just came bck frm my karate camp...
its was frm 6.pm at 30 nov to 2nd dec 8 pm
day1:
sad le...
she's alone again....
i reached de dojo(a name of a place to train martial arts )at 5.30pm
i look at the timetable...
no break time de
6.pm start training
did some stretching
then did some combinations
do till 10 pm sia
then bathe
guess wad?
all of us is suppose to bathe within 50 mins
there were 16 of us
n we have to clean up the dojo oso...
its very big ok?
at the end
we were late by 2 mins
punishment:
push up position for 10mins plus
then frm there
do 30 push ups
then continue the push up position for 5 mins
u try doing it lor...
day 2:
6 am wake up
6 .30 am started training
we jog for 1 hrs...at a very fast speed
and non stop ok?
after that
did 60 push ups
then 10 pull ups
and 40 push ups
after that
did a 800 meter sprint
then jog back to dojo(15 mins)
try to do those...>.<
then go bck to dojo
had a stamina tok
then go back training
train till night time
then
go n bathe agn
we nvr fail sia!!
i dun really rmb wad happened...
too tired le....
n mucles cramps n all...whole body
day3:
wake up at 7 am
seniors give us 1 more hr to sleep...
went to training...with basics...then tournament techniques
then gt a debrief
1 by 1
ppl will go into a rm
the seniors will
tell u abt ur performance
1st person go in...
half way....
